How Your Marketing Mix Can Improve Profit

Bobette Kyle

Your marketing mix is the combination of promotions,
products, places (distribution channels), and prices you
chose for your business. Including both short term and long
term strategies improves profitability.

Long term strategies build brand/company awareness and give
sales revenue a permanent, gradual boost. Short term
strategies create a temporary, immediate revenue boost by
giving buyers an incentive to purchase.

By implementing both long and short term strategies, you can
attend to immediate sales goals while building your business
reputation and goodwill. Some examples of both types of
strategies are below.

Long Term Marketing Strategies

Branding. General advertisements and other high profile
activities contribute to your company's image. These points
of contact with your target customer help mold your image,
which in turn can create loyalty from your customers.

Philanthropy. Donating money, services, and/or time can
build trust and a positive image for your business.
Philanthropy contributes both toward your branding efforts
and your company's internal well being.

New Product Pipeline. New products in development represent
your future sales. If you get feedback from your customers
or potential target market then design new products (or
change existing ones) to meet their needs, you are ensuring
a demand for your products in the future.

Short Term Marketing Strategies

Reduced Price Sales. Limited time sales encourage customers
to act. You likely have customers intending to buy but have
not "gotten around to it". Holding a sale will give them
incentive to purchase.

Group Discounts and Offers. Discounts or other offers to a
specific group can help exposure your business to new
customers, resulting in a sales surge.

Pay-Per-Click Search Engines. Pay per click search engines
are another way to become visible to new customers. Use them
carefully, however. Do not bid more per click than the
profit you expect to make from that click.

Search Engines

High search engine placement can produce both short term and
long term results. Short term, you can gain immediate sales.
Long term, results come as potential business partners find
your site.

Do not, however, become obsessed with search engine
optimization to the detriment of your other marketing
strategies. Search engine marketing should be one part of a
more comprehensive plan. Include other marketing strategies
in your plan to reach additional customers.

I do not put a lot of time into search engine optimization -
two or three hours a month at the most. Instead, I focus on
quality content, which in turn creates strong rankings for
my site. This approach has gotten me results with Google -
close to 1,000 visitors a week through their free search
engine.

Autoresponders and Spam In Online Marketing. What You Need To Know

Faye Brown

There are laws against sending spam. There are
even laws that you must adhere to when you send
out email that was requested. No matter what type
of email you are sending out, the chances are good
that the anti-spam laws apply to you in some way.

In order to be in compliance with the anti-spam laws
in various states in the US, each commercial email
that you send must include your name or business
name, your street address, city, state, zip code,
and phone number. You must also include
instructions that will allow the recipient to remove
themselves from your mailing list. If you fail to do
any of this, you are essentially breaking the law in
various states – no matter what state or country you
live in!

Protect yourself from spam complaints in any way
that you can. Make sure that when a customer
requests any type of information from you that an
email is sent requesting confirmation before any
other email is sent. If someone is placing an order
from you, include a check box on the order form,
asking for permission to send them periodic emails.
Never use your autoresponder to send unsolicited
commercial email!

AGLOCO, What’s The Online Buzz About?

Faye Brown

In my Internet marketing experience, I have looked at many sites, signed into many program and bought many new tools to make marketing easier. I recently came across this program that I think is the very best thing to hit the Internet and it is totally free. AGLOCO is the name of this amazing opportunity.

Sometimes Free is too Expensive...

Algoco is a new Global Community that is owned by its members and the members will reap great rewards.

Advertisers, software companies, search providers, sponsors and online merchants are putting out billions of dollars to get their product or service in front of you while you surf the Internet. How much of that money are you obtaining? None right, but that can all change by becoming a free member of Agloco, and they will never ask you for any money or to upgrade your membership.

Agloco gets paid by companies to extend their offers to Agloco Members by means of our Viewbar software, but you are not rewarded for viewing advertisements. You are rewarded for doing your surfing in the viewbar. Agloco awards that money back to all the members. The only piece that is not shared by it's members is 10% and that goes to the management company.

Refer members to the community and create additional income for helping Agloco grow. By means of the Referral Program, Agloco compensates those who are working to erect this Worldwide Community. The more members you refer to the community, the more shares you will have, which creates higher earnings for Agloco to distribute to its shareholders.

So, what's the catch, this sounds to good to be true?
No catch. Join up, invite your friends and associates, download the no cost Viewbar software and surf the Internet as you customarily would. Your normal online activities generate money that is not currently given to you. Playing a game or answering your email with the tool bar open, it all that is required by you. You may close the tool bar at anytime and are not penalized for it. That's all there is to it.

Privacy Counts, This is not a List Building Strategy.
Your personal details will at no time be rented, sold, or given to anyone else. Your personal information remains safe and secure. Bulletproof privacy is a core promise of AGLOCO.

That's all there is to this amazing opportunity, and to you earning income. Sign Up now so we can share in the power of this community. I don't want to be the only person making free money. Click Here To Join

Blog On Page Search Engine Optimization

By: Pesic Milos,

Now, you should have a blog full with content you have passionately written. It should be a very interesting grapevine for the community of your chosen niche, as opposed to a lifeless factsheet.

However, no matter how delicious your content is, if there is nobody to read it you can’t generate profit from it. Traffic is the lifeblood of your blog. In order to attract people, you must offer attractive information. Simple enough.

However, to get traffic onto your site, you have to think backwards. Where do people look when they need information? Yes, they search using search engines like www.google.com, www.yahoo.com and www.msn.com, to name a few more popular ones. So, to get these people on your blog, your blog needs to rank high on search result pages of these search engines. When these people search for information through the search engines and see your site among the top results, they will naturally click through to your blog!

The art of getting your blog or website onto high rankings on search result pages is called search engine optimization. It is a very complex and hard subject to master, but that doesn’t stop us from learning simple yet effective techniques to conquer the search results for certain keywords. The more complex techniques are usually needed to fight for very competitive and general keywords such as “fat loss”, but I’ll teach you how to overcome that later.

For now, let’s determine the keywords that you want to optimize your site for. For example, your blog talks about tech gadgets. Now, you’d want to check in Google whether it is a very competetive keyword. At this time of writing, there are 29, 000 ,000 search results. Think you can beat 29, 000, 000 sites at your first attempt? I don’t think so.

Now, let’s try to narrow down our scope. Let’s look for “technological gadgets” instead. At this time of writing, Google lists 792, 000 results. That’s more manageable, but you’d like to search for more focused keywords. However, let’s optimize your blog for “technological gadget” just for the sake of learning.

First, you have to pay attention to the title of your blog. Since you’re optimizing for technological gadgets, you need to have that exact phrase in your blog title. For example, a line like “Your Best Technological Gadget Blog!” would work great. You can change the title of your blog in the Blogger control panel or the Wordpress blog when you’re creating it. If you’re proficient with HTML, you can even do that on other blog engines like Moveable Type. Bottom line? Learn a little HTML!

Other than that, your page heading should also contain the term you’re optimizing for. The page heading is the bit of text in your code that is enclosed within the
and
tags. This is important as it tells the search engines what your page is about (in this case, “technological gadgets”). Since we’re posting a blog, the
tags are usually the post titles, so remember to include the term there whenever relevant.

One last bit, you should also sprinkle the words “technological gadgets” in your posts whenever possible. The frequent occurrence of that phrase in your blog will hint the search engines that your blog is really relevant to that topic.

However, this is the most important bit of all. Always keep in mind that you’re writing for real life people who read your blog to obtain information, so it is very stupid to spam your blog with keywords! In fact, if you do that, the search engines will end up thinking you’re spamming and drop your ranking further down into oblivion… So keep in mind! Write for humans, not search engines!

Internet Marketing

Adel Awwad

Internet marketing is a method of using the Internet to market your products or services. This is done by using a unique website that is a visual spokesman for your business. Your website tells about your company and the products or services you offer. It does this through images and text statements. It could use flash movies or a slide show. It also could use audio and even a small amount of music to set the scene. In truth, your website works as a sales tool for your company 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The secret to making this work is getting visitors to come to your site and view it. But first, the site needs to be well developed and maintained. It needs to be easy to find information on and easy to traverse. The site needs to be attractive to the visitor and answer their questions.

The second step to successful marketing via the web is to drive traffic to your website. This can be done in a number of ways. Make the text on the home page content rich with key words and good text. This is what the search engines look for when an Internet surfer institutes a search. Using the ad words or such on the search engines will cost so much per click to your website. Another way to gain traffic is to buy links on radio/TV websites, which are well advertised. Another way is to buy links on local business websites or destination sites. By linking from these sites, you can capture traffic to your website.

Traffic is the key to Internet web marketing. A beautiful website without traffic will do nothing for a business. Traffic is what makes the marketing by a web presence work. Traffic will make a marketing campaign on the web generate inquiries and sales. It will help you gain prospects and potential clients. It is the most important step to success by Internet marketing.

Another factor in Internet marketing is to keep your website fresh with new content or maybe a monthly newsletter. Give the visitors a reason to come back to the website. Maintain traffic this way and gain some referrals to your website.

Consider offering Internet specials on products or services. Try coupons, bonuses, or unique offers that are not promoted anywhere else. This will help you know where the business is coming from.

One last piece of advice about your website. Analyze it each year and make changes that keep it new. Stale websites are a drag to Internet marketing.

5 Ways Google Will Help You With Your Traffic

by: Tinu AbayomiPaul
If you’ve ever had a severe drop in your Google rankings in search results, you may think of Google more of an enemy than an ally.

But if you knew what I do, you’d realize that there are tools provided by the search engine that help you learn more about your traffic, and may even help drive visitors to your site.

Here are five ways that Google provides free traffic assistance.

#1 - Google will Help Your Pages Get Discovered with Google Sitemaps
https://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/login

Google Sitemaps is a program that gives you the opportunity to present your site’s pages to Google in XML or text. Google will then come by and spider the pages, getting you indexed faster.

Take note that this doesn’t necessarily mean that your pages will be listed for your favorite keywords, only that discovery will take place a lot faster than with manual submission. Google Sitemaps will also give you some basic site stats if you verify your site, such as the top keywords for discovery, errors it found when crawling, and the types of documents at your site.

If you find compiling your sitemap for Google in the correct format difficult, try the SOFTplus GSiteCrawler Google Sitemap generator. It’s my favorite Sitemap generator, free and easy to use.

#2 - Google Will Talk To You and Your Webmaster In His or Her Native Tongue or Plain English with the Webmaster Section
http://www.google.com/webmasters/

The Google Information Page for Webmasters should be your first stop when you want to know more about anything that has to do with your site and its relationship to Google and any of its many flavors of search such as Froogle. Particularly for new site owners or operators, checking this page first has saved many from needless anxiety.

Most of the basic information is in straightforward language, with links to details for geeks like me.

#3 - Google will Tell You What It Knows with Web Page Information

If you type info:yoursite.com into Google, Google will tell show you a page that has your link at the top of the page, with a short description, and the following phrase “Google can show you the following information for this URL”.

This special page compiles several queries about your site including pages that contain your URL (all the pages Google knows of that are linked to you).

#4 - Google will Help You Analyze Your Traffic with Google Analytics
http://www.google.com/analytics/

After a recent purchase of Urchin Stats, a free online version has been made available, and re-branded as Google Analytics. This cookie-based invisible visitor tracker can give you information that go a bit beyond standard stats such as bounce rates, visitor loyalty, keyword discovery results for a single day, click paths through your site, and page views per visit.

With the ability to analyze your traffic, you can help learn where the holes in your site are, and how to keep them on your site for longer periods of time, as well as better ways to steer a visit towards a specific action, such as a subscription. Results come in flavors for the executive and the search marketer alike.

There’s currently a waiting list to use Google Analytics due to popular demand.

#5 - Google Will Advise On Getting the Most from Your Traffic with Conversion University
http://www.google.com/analytics/conversionuniversity.html

Google Analytics also has two content sections that are available to all, called Conversion University. While the articles are decidedly slanted towards AdWords users, a prudent read yields many clues that can be applied to preparing for visitors who arrive through organic search discovery. One reference area is called “Driving Traffic”, the other “Converting Visitors.”

At the end of the day, the process by which your site gets ranked in Google search engine results is a computation of a complex algorithm, which means Google - the search engine - really isn’t capable of being your best friend or your worst enemy.

Meanwhile, Google - the company - also provides access to resources that will help give your site a fighting chance.

Successful Network Marketing Depends Upon These Three Factors

by: Kirk Bannerman
Network marketing has many aspects, but promotion, persistence,
and patience are three key elements which are critical to
achieving successful results.

PROMOTION is the lifeblood of network marketing. Whether you
are using online methods or offline methods, or a combination of
both, you must constantly strive to get your offering in front of
a targeted audience.

There are thousands of published sources that deal with specific
methods of network marketing (both online and offline), but the
key point to be made here is that you must have an active
promotion campaign designed to bring in a steady stream of new
prospective downline members.

PERSISTENCE is a key element in network marketing success.
You've gotta "just keep on keepin' on", even though frustation
levels can be quite high at times.

After you have been at it a while, and have a downline large
enough to provide reasonably accurate statistics, you will
probably find that about 95% of your downline members are dormant
and do nothing at all. Its easy to get down in the dumps or take
it personally when you encounter so many "do nothing" people.

Therefore, it is really important work with and actively support
the 5% or so that are serious about participating. And clearly,
an active and effective promotion campaign will continue to
bring in increasing numbers of potential participants so that
while 5% is small on a percentage basis, it can still be a
sizeable amount from a pure numbers standpoint.

PATIENCE is vital. You can expect that it will take about a year
before the awsome power of geometric growth kicks in.

A classic illustration of geometric growth is the frequently used
penny-a-day example.

If you save one penny on the first day, and double it every
successive day, (day two you have 2 pennies and day three you have
4 pennies, and so on) how much will you have at the end of
30 days? The answer, to the astonishment of many, is $5,368,708!
Amazing, but true.

Its a sad statistic that most network marketers fail and it is
often traceable to the fact that they did not exhibit enough
persistence and patience to continue constantly promoting their
business for the year or so that is required for success.

Network marketers that stick with it for a year or more often end
up becoming the proverbial "heavy hitters".

In closing, I would like to encourage you to increase your chances
of becoming a successful network marketer by always keeping a
clear focus on "the three P's" of Promotion, Persistence, and
Patience.

Network Marketing Do's and Don'ts

by: Nial Robbins
Why did you become a network marketer? Most people immediately respond, “for the money!” However, this is not the real reason.

No one subjects them to the hard work of building a business just for little pieces of paper with the faces of dead presidents. The truth is you work in order to obtain what those little pieces of paper can bring you.

The first thing you need to do is to find the reason WHY you are a network marketer. Is it the freedom to choose whatever you want to do whenever you want to do it? Maybe you are looking for a different lifestyle. If there is one thing that is critical to your network marketing success, this is it. If you don’t have a reason, there is no motivation to succeed.

A network marketing business is a teaching and coaching business. If you don’t like interaction with other people, a network marketing business probably is not for you. There’s a concept that most network marketers just can’t seem to get a handle on. You do not sponsor “reps,” you sponsor “people!”

If you have to find a reason why you are building your business, then doesn’t it stand to reason that other people will have to do the same thing? If that’s the case, then why is it that network marketers continually focus on how much money your prospect can earn?

There’s no way you are going to convince “Joe Sixpack,” to get out of his Lazyboy recliner unless you find out what his motivation is. Most network marketers literally pound in the amount of money Joe can earn. They bombard him with message after message about how “Successful Sam” has just purchased his 10th Porsche, refurnished his 25,000 square foot cottage and promise Joe that he can do the same!

Just how realistic is this approach? Joe isn’t stupid. He works long, hard hours at his job in order to provide for his family and truly believes that the best thing he can hope for is saving enough money by summer to pay for a camping trip. Then here you come, promising Joe that he can have everything that Sam has and he can have it if he will just sign that piece of paper making you his sponsor!

You will probably sponsor a few people that way, but if you are in business for the long haul you need to change your approach and do it fast.

The proper approach is so simple, but in your rush to sponsor another “rep” instead of helping another person, all too often you talk yourself into and straight out of sponsoring the Joes of the world.

God gave you two ears and one mouth and he did it for a reason. We are supposed to “listen” twice as much as we “speak.”

Instead of pouncing on Joe with the latest and greatest network marketing program of all time, find out what Joe wants and needs. Ask him questions, lots of questions. In fact, in your first meeting with Joe, don’t even mention your business! Yes, that’s what I said. Don’t even bring it up. Remove yourself from the super duper network marketing persona and spend time making a new friend.

Follow these recommendations and you are set to grow your business exponentially.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Network marketing is all about helping other to succeed, because if they succeed you do to. You do have to have interaction with people you sponsor in order to help them.
In todays world we can converse with people all over the world for little or no cost so there really is no excuse not to be in touch with them.

A BRIEF LOOK AT 4 MLM COMPENSATION PLANS

by: Judy Thompson
Copyright 2005 Judy Thompson

If you are thinking about joining a network marketing company, also referred to as multi-level marketing, or MLM, one important item you will want to understand is its compensation plan. Otherwise, “How will I get paid?”

There are four basic kinds of MLM compensation plans that will be described in this article.. Each of these may have several variations. Some plans are better suited for the people who really enjoy sales and may desire to retail a lot of products. Some plans are designed to attract especially the “heavy hitter.” Some plans pay well for the beginner and may or may not be attractive to the big recruiter. Some plans make a serious effort to reward even the little guy or gal who can only sponsor or recruit a few people, but also pay very well to the top distributors.

These plans are called Unilevel, Stairstep Breakaway, Binary, and Matrix.

1. UNILEVEL. This is a simple, straightforward compensation plan. It allows for a distributor to have a first level of unlimited width. The levels the company pays commission on generally range from 3 to 9 levels deep. The more volume generated by you and your organization, the more you can earn. A disadvantage to this plan is that building wide means the distributor may give less help to his personal enrollees.

2. STAIRSTEP BREAKAWAY. This is the most common of all the compensation plans. It is where most of the really big money is made in MLM. This big money, however, is made by a very small percentage of people. Breakaway plans are geared for full-time effort. Attrition is the highest with breakaway plans and it generally will cost more to build your business. This is a work program. It takes persistence, salesmanship, and requires the ability for you to train your recruits. Companies which use breakaway plans tend to pay higher commissions. However, the plan may be extremely difficult for most people to duplicate.

3. BINARY. This is a very complicated and hard-to-understand plan. It does, however, offer a simple system that is easy to duplicate. Otherwise, you recruit just two and help them do the same.

4. MATRIX. This plan allows you to build a limited width organization. For example, a 2 X 12 group means two people on your first level, and paying 12 levels deep. Other examples would be a 4 X 5, 3 X 9, etc. This is generally pretty simple and easy to understand and explain. The low volume requirements usually common to matrix plans helps make it a good plan for part-time distributors.

The above briefing only scratches the surface of these compensation plans. For a more detailed description, you may wish to go to: www.mlminsider.com

Even though some of the internet hype may claim that you can make big bucks with only a little work, don’t believe it! With network marketing, as in any other business, you’re going to have to work at it and make some investments if you expect to be successful. To make money in MLM, you will have to work, no matter what company or compensation plan you select!

The compensation plan is a hugh part of why we join MLM marketing companies. We all want to make money. Every business out there tell you that you can live your dreams if you join thier company. For a few people it is true but for the average person this is not the reality, and the comp plan is a major part of the reason.

Internet marketing is the method thousands of people are using all around the world to make money online. They are using their home based business to boost their income through affiliate programs. Affiliate programs are plans where you can get rewarded for promoting another business or site. Basically, you offer free ad space on your site, and for every lead or click you get from people who visit your site, the other site will pay you. This can be extremely profitable if you have a high volume site already.

In addition, network marketing is very easy. Basically it takes about an hour to set up the plan initially. You have to fill out the forms and obtain the codes to put onto your site. If you know how to cut and paste codes well, you should have no problem with figuring it all out. However, if you don’t know how, you might take a little longer. Most affiliate programs will give you free detailed instructions on how to put the code onto your site.

After the code is in place, the rest of the work is easy. You can simply sit back and let the money roll in! When people visit your site and see the ads, they will be inclined to click on them. When they click on them, you will be racking up the extra income.

The trick to really making a lot of money with affiliate programs is to place them in a great spot. If you put the links or ads at the very bottom of the page, most people will not notice them. However, if they are one of the first things visitors see, they might click on them. You should consider color and size of the ads as well, to be sure you are using the best ads for your site. Most affiliate programs will allow you to choose these things.

3 Effective Tactics Every Business Should Implement

Do you remember your first day as a business owner? You were probably just like the rest of us... pretty darned happy and bit on the proud side. Yeah, back then we thought we could conquer the world. Now we're too busy conquering our own little corner of the world to pay a lot of attention to the rest of the world... unless it's to learn a few tips from successful marketers just like us who have made it big. Tips just like these... that will apply to every market - regardless of the product or service - are a great motivators to try something new. Yeah, you never know when the next idea will be worth a million dollars!

1. Create a Special Offer
A special offer is exactly that... an offer that is special. Normally, customers would not be able to purchase this product or combination of products, and once the products are gone... sorry!

You don't have to go out and order a bunch of new products to put together a special offer. It don't take a whole lot... just use what you've got. Grab a few items that are related, group them together, discount the price, and your customers will be excited to be getting a good deal. Think about it from your standpoint... you've sold three or four items rather than one. Yeah, combination offers are winning deals for everyone!

2. Address the Small Customer Groups
Niche markets are everywhere, right under your nose! Within the customer audience that you serve right now are groups of people who share common traits. Think about it... maybe you have a group who speaks Spanish, a group of teens, and a group of middle class family men and women.

Evaluate these classes of people, and discover the unique needs and desires they share. That will set you up to customize your advertising campaign directly to them. It’s not hard to take your current ads, and make a few changes to adjust to the niches. They’ll be impressed that you understand THEM, and the increase in your profits will be the best thanks you can get.

3. Set Up a Winning Referral Program
Successful marketers develop the ability to turn their customers into advocates. Often, they don't even have to directly ask customers to refer them to others. Their willingness to go the extra wins customer loyalty and support. Naturally, satisfied customers refer their friends and family to the place that will take good care of them.
Quality service and is the first step toward referrals, but you can easily take it one step further. Studies show that every satisfied customer tells three people about you. What would happen with a little incentive added to the picture? Yeah, a lot more. Give customers who refer friends a thank you - whether it's a discount, special gift item, or a simple thank you card - and watch the referrals spiral!
You can get two birds with one stone by implimenting customer surveys. A few quick questions about what the customer does and doesn't like about your product, followed by a request for the names and addresses of friends and family who would benefit from the product, and you're all set to go with the contact information of a prospective customer!

List Building – What are You Missing From Your List Building Campaign?

Sean Mize

List Building – What are You Missing From Your List Building Campaign?

List Building is an art that too many people are involved in who have no clue, and are acting like they are elephants with a paintbrush.

They send traffic to lousy web sites, they email their subscribers worthless emails, and then look at people like me, and think, he must be exaggerating when he says he is making $1.00 per subscriber per month.

I understand how you feel. When I first got started online, I thought it was crazy that someone could have a list of 100,000 subscribers and make $1.00 per month per subscriber. But now that I am on my way to a list of that size, and the money per subscriber is consistent; now I am a believer.

So what are you missing from your list building campaigns?

Check these items and adjust your list building campaigns accordingly:

1) Are you sending your traffic to a squeeze page? You must send your traffic to a squeeze page if you are serious about building a list. 2) Are you offering your visitors an irresistible offer to subscribe? Write a free ebook on a hot topic and give it away. 3) Are you sending the free item out fast? And sending them additional, unannounced bonus items? 4) Are you sending your subscribers quality content and only referring quality affiliate products?

Do these things and watch your list building campaign explode.

Network Marketing - Is Duplication A Fantasy Or Reality?

Rebecca Prescott

One of the central tenants in the promotional material about
network marketing, is the power of duplication. The story goes
that youll refer 3 people, wholl each refer 3 people, and so on...

This is truly the power of leverage, but the problem is that
most people who sign up for programs have little to no experience
either online or offline in building a business and networking it.
They dont know enough to provide valuable information that acts
as a relationship builder, and most often, they dont have the
skills to set up an autoresponder account or a website.

Most network marketing programs have information on how to
generate leads, but if someone doesnt have the skill-set to
write a good autoresponder series, they're left to rely on the
one the company has provided. Unfortunately, this is often a
series of sales messages, that provide little of real value to
someone starting out. The leads you load up to this
autoresponder series are simply sent a series of letters telling
them why they should buy-buy-buy. And most people have a sense
that they actually need to know a little more about how things
work on the internet to make their prospective business
successful So, the sign-up rate is not going to be particularly
high.

Of the people who do sign up from those emails, how many of
them are now going to be equipped to make the program work?
After all, if they dont start making money in a few months,
they will drop out of the program. And the principle of
leverage wont start to work if people arent being guided or
taught to take effective action. Its easy to take action,
even easier to spend money on poor quality advertising. But
that wont build a business.

A system needs to be in place to develop people into
leaders - to take them from newbie to expert in the shortest
time possible. And its a system that needs to take into
account the fundamental principles of direct sales. The
internet is simply a different form of direct sales, and its
a well known fact that most people wont buy from you until
theyve seen your tips, or other valuable information, seven
or more times.

Having an autoresponder system, set up with newsletter
style emails that regularly keep in touch with your prospects,
is vital for success. It provides several benefits. The first
is that over time, as people begin to see that you are
offering something of real value in helping them get started
with an online business, more sign-ups into your preferred
program will naturally follow. What is more, these sign ups
will have been effectively trained in some of the fundamental
principles and methods that lead to success on the internet.

There are a number of ways to get content for the series.
If youre just starting out yourself, your upline may be able
to help you collaborate on a series of letters. Or, you could
invest in some good quality courses and study them until you
have more knowledge yourself. And, you could of course hire a
writer with small business/internet marketing/network
marketing experience to write the articles for you. These
could then be shared with your downline to get them started.

As well as an autoresponder system, youll need a direct
sales page that ethically persuades people to sign up to
your autoresponder series. There are several options for
creating that sales letter. You could study other successful
sales letters and adapt them to your needs. Or, hire someone
to write it for you. Although this can be expensive, its a
one time investment that you can share with your downline,
by providing them access to your sales copy.

The principle of duplication requires going above and
beyond the sales material the company has given each member.
By investing either time, or money, or both, in acquiring
quality prospecting material, this can then be shared with
your downline to create a truly duplicatable system. Perhaps
all wont follow it, but it will give potential leaders a
chance to really shine.

Online Business: All or Nothing

Dan Theta

As I was doing my normal internet surfing one day, I came across a fable by Aesop. It was about a hound who failed to chase a rabbit for dinner. Now while the plot of the story itself may not be of much interest to too many people, the message behind the story sparked a bomb in my head. The hound was just chasing the rabbit for a meal. However, the rabbit was running for his life. And then it hit me; the very necessity of life is what pushed the rabbit to accomplish his goal, in this case to live to see another day.

What does this have to do with working from home online you ask? Well that very message that was behind the story made me look back and think about why I work an online business in the first place and why I pour so much effort into it. For me, I am but a young college student at a prestigious university, trying to get by and survive my rigorous coursework. College is not cheap at all these days and I know my parents poured a ton of money in order for me to send me here. I use my online business to help them pay for my college education, as well as so I can have an income here so I can eat, buy books and supplies, and maybe spend a little for myself on the side.

One could ask why I do not simply get a normal part time job. Well aside from all the homework I have which would make setting time for an outside job a living hell, I like being able to do my work from my computer, whenever I please. That and spending a summer working at an amusement park when I was 15 traumatized me to the point where I have not held a job like that since, but lets not talk about that.

Now where does all this talk lead? Its all about why YOU either want to start an online business, or why you have an online business in the first place. Maybe you just want a more money than what your career is giving you right now. Maybe you want to save for a new car, a nice vacation, or another one of lifes expensive pleasures. Or perhaps you do not want to hold a job period, and want your fulltime income to be from working online. Whatever the reason, it must be a reason you would be WILLING to give your LIFE for. You must put 100% of your effort and power into your online business, and then put more even still. You must FOCUS all of the energy in your body into making your online business successful. If you see your online business as a simple hobby, then you will soon realize that it is a very expensive hobby, and you just might come to realize that it is a hobby not worth keeping if you do not commit your life to.

Your online business is a sink or swim situation. You either put all of yourself into it, or you dont do it period. To quote the famous Yoda: "Do, or do not. There is no try." I could spit out countless more quotes and clichés, but I think I have made my point by now. Once you focus yourself properly into your online business, and you change your thinking into an all or nothing mode, your goals will be accomplished. Run your online business for your life, just like the how rabbit ran for his life.

Change Your Mindset, To Positively Change Your Online Marketing

(c)Copyright Faye Brown

One of the most powerful things you have in your life is mindset. Mindset is basically the way you think and how you react to things in life. As simple as that may sound, when you utilize the power of mindset effectively, you will be able to accomplish anything you put your mind to. This includes having a successful online marketing business. Since most people don’t realize they need to have a specific mindset, they often don’t realize they need to change their current one. Take a look at these simple steps you can take to change your mindset.

The first thing you need to consider is trying to always think positive. When you use positive thinking, you will be more successful than other people around you. Negative thinking can destroy your health, your emotional state, and your destiny as a successful person. So, you need to do what you can to stay positive. You have the power to choose what will and won’t upset you. You can train yourself to forget about bad situations and go forward to more pleasant ones.

Another thing you can do to change your mindset is realize that you have the power to change yourself. You can use your way of thinking to make things happen in your life. You can learn how to become a successful marketer and can do it just by changing the way you approach life. Your mindset and how you utilize it will determine how you approach life.

Surrounding yourself with people who you admire is a great way to choose what type of mindset you want. If you have a boss that is always positive, rarely gets upset, and makes things happen, take note. Utilize your environment to see what typically works for people and what doesn’t. Overall, you will be able to change your own mindset by being influenced by positive people.

There are also many good books and audio's availible, on the topic of mindset. It is not a new way of thinking. Positive people have had great success for 100's of years.

Finally, the perfect prescription for your ailing networking business, that floods your downline. It's Powerful,it works and it's FREE! For more information CLICK HERE

Blogs And Forums: A Two-Pronged Approach

Scott Lindsay

When discussing online marketing there is the inevitable comparison between a Business Blog (b-blog) and an online forum. The feeling is that the two serve essentially the same purpose and it is a simple matter of defining which approach may be best for your company.

The comparison between these two approaches is something like comparing apples and oranges. They are both fruit, but that’s about the sum total of their similarities.

B-Blogs

A b-blog is designed to allow you a controlling interest in a conversation between you and your customers and guests. Your guests can provide feedback, but they can’t post.

B-blogs allow you great flexibility in timely release of company information in an informal and nonthreatening way.

Forums

A forum is offered as a means of allowing member interaction and conversation. Generally speaking a forum will be member-directed and in most cases a moderator or administrator will simply act as referee when needed. They may also answer a few questions along the way.

B-blog Benefits

As the owner of a b-blog you have the capability of keeping an informal line of communication with your customers and prospects. You can keep your clients updated on a variety of aspects related to your business. There is very little work that needs to be done with a b-blog to keep it maintained.

Forum Benefits

When you develop a forum for your business you are welcoming individuals with an interest in your products or services to network with other likeminded consumers. In a best-case scenario a forum will allow customers to discuss your product or service, provide tips to other users and develop friendships with other customers based on mutual interests.

Since this approach is consumer-centric it may seem a less than ideal means of online marketing. The truth is, a forum is less about active marketing and more about learning customer trends and preferences. If you pay close enough attention to what your customers are saying to each other you will learn more effective ways to connect with them.

It is a bit surprising, but a forum board somehow allows openness in communication that you won’t likely find in face-to-face conversations.

Combining Benefits

By combining these two truly unique online marketing principles you maximize your effectiveness in reaching your customers while allowing them the opportunity to provide honest feedback. Sure, they may not realize that’s what they’re doing, but an astute netrepreneur will take the information clients voluntarily share with each other and maximize customer satisfaction whenever possible.

Legal Problems The Newbie Should Know About

I would like to Thank Wycliffe Williams for writing such an informative article.

Legal Problems The Newbie Should Know About
Wycliffe Williams

Legal problems can easily sink your internet business before you even begin to swim. Legal requirements abound in the internet arena. It’s your responsibility to get yourself up to speed on these requirements. Ignorance of the law is not acceptable.

Links to your Contact Information and All About Us Information should be on all of your webpages. Your main legal information is your Copyright, Terms of Service, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy and they should be included as well.

Copyright

Make sure the word copyright and the copyright symbol are at the bottom of your webpages. If you are selling anything, include the words All Rights Reserved. If your product is available worldwide, include that term also.

Terms Of Service

An age statement is strongly advised. In the US, the minimum age is 13 years old, 18 in most other countries. To safeguard yourself, use 18 years old as the required age for your site. Also include the terms for using your site.

Cyberspace has its boundaries. There are rules and regulations that govern advertising. They are called the Dot Com Disclosures. They can be found here: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/dotcom/index.html

Disclaimer

The internet is riddled with viruses, spyware, Trojan horses, and all those other attackers of your computer. Tell visitors to take precautions. Are you giving advice?

Always let your visitors know they should see a relevant professional before using your advice. Also, due to the fast changing nature of the internet, information goes out of date. You cannot be held liable for that, so let your visitors know.

If you sell a product your visitors expect to help them make money, never say the amount they should make. Your legal problems will multiply if you do. You really don’t know.

So many variables go into others being as successful as you. The visitor may not have the internet savvy that you have, or the motivation. You can’t guarantee results. Here is where you state all of that information.

Privacy Policy

Should you capture a visitor’s private information, include your policy for doing so. Tell your visitor what you intend to do with the information. If you intend to share the captured information, you must say so.

I’ll just add this about spamming. This is a small area in the Can Spam Act that receives much abuse. It states, “The Act also prohibits false or misleading subject headings in commercial email messages.”

Don’t send any grand promises of fame and fortune in your email subject line. This is generally done to encourage people to open your email.

Build a great relationship with your list. There’s no need for grandstanding. When the people who know you see your name they will open your email. You can take that to the bank! Find spam info here: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/edcams/spam/rules.htm.

I can’t guarantee that you will not have legal problems during your internet journey. But if you include these items in your website, you would have done much to reduce your risk.

Wycliffe Williams

Legal problems for the newbie usually sound the death knell early. Arm yourselves with the relevant information. Wycliffe Williams has armed himself and thought you also might like to do the same. If this article has been helpful to you, grab a website like this to get you started: http://www.wyclefinnovations.com/amb.html

This is a subject that many of us are not informed about, until it is to late. As long as you put into practice the advice given abouve you should never have a problem. Thanks to Mr williams for writing such an informative article.

Gaining Trust From Your Home Business Partners Is Important

©Copyright Faye Brown 2006

When you start your own business, you might think you can do
everything by yourself. After all, you have likely dealt with
a boss for too long and want to get away from the influence of
others. However, quickly after becoming a business owner you
will likely see that you could use a little assistance in some
areas. The best way to get this type of assistance is though
business partners. You can form great business partnerships
with other business owners and gain trust from your business
partners.

The most important part of the whole thing is gaining trust
from others. You may wonder why trust is so important.
However, in the world of business, everything is important.
From the biggest sale to the smallest, everything must be done
with integrity. If you don t gain trust from your business
partners and refuse to operate your business with honor in mind,
you will find your business goes out as quickly as it came in.
So, remember that the most important thing you can possibly do
is form great relations with partners and keep those relationships
strong. You can gain trust from your business partners by following
through with your word, showing them that you need them, and
showing them how they too can profit from the relationship.

Once you gain trust from your business partners all you have to
do is maintain that trust. As long as you conduct yourself with
honor and honesty, this should be no problem at all!

Marketing Success Is Within You

(c)Copyright Faye Brown 2006

Your mind controls your life! The more positive you are the greater success you will have in your life, career or online marketing business. Try to focus on being around and taking to positive people everyday. You will be amazed at the outcome of a positive mind and what position it will put you in.

Have you ever wondered why some people seem to have every thing they touch turn to gold, but when others touch it, things just fall apart.

Lets take a quick look at learning how to succeed at the the things you want the most.

It’s all in the way you look at life! What do I mean? Well it just like the saying “is the glass half full or half empty”

You can take any situation in life and look at it in two ways. Half full (being positive) or half empty (being negative). It’s all in the way our mind processes and perceives the information being fed to it. This is done by hearing, visualizing, and thinking.

Let’s take the exact same opportunity, circumstance and positioning and give it to two people. They are equal in every way except for their mindset, the out come will always be different.

Who is going to win, the one that thinks he(she) can or the one that is defeated before even trying.

Which is the one you would want, half full of course. This means that more can still go in. You learn from every situation, use the knowledge you gain as a stepping stone and keep trying to get that cup full. These people will have success in life,

If you run in the half empty mode, this makes you feel like you’re loosing or have already lost, so why keep trying. These people will have very little success in their life, or in network marketing. They will always be wondering why things do not work out for them.

------------------------------------------------------------

Remember the children’s story, The Little Engine that Could. How did he make it? It was always by believing I think I can, I think I can, and putting forth the effort to get there. If you do not remember the story please read it again.

We try to teach our children this concept but tends to get lost to some of us in the process of life. Instead of thinking you can’t, think you can. Believe In Yourself!

I am truly passionate about helping people who want to have success in their Home Based Business. If you desire to learn all you can and take your business to the top please Visit My Site

NoSugarCoating, No BS Internet Marketing

Jeffrey Solochek

First, I want to let you know that I use a free tool called Wblogger to do all my posts. It has a build in spell check plus it will save a copy of all my posts on my local drive. If I just did my posting the normal way then I would have a lot of spelling errors and people might think that I only have a 3rd grade education like Jethro from the Beverly Hillbillies.

A list is the single most important item in any business. You have to have a list of potential customers and you have to have a relationship with everybody on your list. Now there are a good number of ways to establish a list like you could give away a free report or a piece of software that you found. Another way, and a lot of marketers have told me hos successful this was for them, is to join a co-reg like Mark Hunter's "The 12 Days of Christmas". This is a promotion where Mark gets a bunch of marketers each to give away a product and then this is sent to people lists offering them 12 days of free gifts. In order to get the gifts the person needs to fill in a form with at least their fist name and their email address.

Now you can buy lists of optin names from some list brokers but from what I have heard usually only a very small percentage will become your subscribers. Some of these brokers are offering double and triple opt in and these will have a higher percentage of subscribers for your newsletter but Co-reg is by far probably the best way to build a list. A good authority on these co-reg service's is Ed Thorpe of Lazydudepublishing.com .

It helps greatly if you have a website where your potential subscribers can read about you. There are a lot of marketers that are offering templates but the fastest way to get a site up would be to just visit blogger.com and create a blog. You can have Adsense on your site but unless you are getting ungodly amounts of traffic I would not count on Adsense to provide a great income for you. The best way would be to sign up as an affiliate for various products through a site like commission Junction and get the text links, not the banners, if you want a site that will load fast and not keep people waiting. I created a site called hosting-choices which gives links to various Web hosting companies that I have checked out. If someone signs up for hosting by clicking on one of my links then I could earn about $100.

Building a list of subscribers and by having affiliate links on your site are really the only two ways that you will make money unless you are able to create your own products. If you know how to program you could create a nice little software utility that serves some purpose or if you are into gardening or refinishing furniture then you could create a how to ebook on the subject.

To get traffic to your site you have a few options and the best is by using a pay per click campaign but not a lot of newbies, I know I can't, can afford to do this. Writing articles and submitting them to article directories can be a great route to become know as an authority on a subject. I have written articles and within a few days of submitting them I have seen a sizable increase in the number of sites that link to me and the number of results that show up on me in sites like Google or Yahoo. I try to submit an article every two weeks or so.

One thing I must caution you about is these sites that provide free articles where all you have to do is add your information to them and submit them. I tried this when I first got started and it got be banned from certain article directories because other people had submitted the same article. The only way to effectively use these type s of articles is for you to read them and then in your own word write your thoughts on the article. You may want to read several articles on the same subject and write a summary of what you learned from these articles.

David Watson has this great product called websitecontentwizard but he sells this product for almost $200 and I know that most of us that haven't made any money yet in the internet arena will not be able to afford this. He would have been smart if he had offered some sort of installment option or I even thought about creating a bundle with his product, an article submitter and a website builder and offering the whole thing for under $40 per month.

With article directories, there are some sights that tell you that for a fee they will submit your articles for you but I signed up with one of those and later found out it was much easier to just submit them myself manually. I use a piece of software called Article submitter which I had paid 3 payments of $19.95 for. I found out later on that I could have got this software at no cost elsewhere.. There also some groups on Yahoo where you can submit your articles to and all you would have to do is put your article in the body of an email and send it to a certain address.

If you go to Articledashboard.com you can get the software to have your own article directory completely for free which is probably a better bet than having these Adsense sites that some marketers will give you. The reason these marketers will give you these Adsense sites is because your Adsense ID will be rotated along with others including that of the marketer that gave you the sites. He is figuring that if he gives these sites away to 1,000 people and his Adsense code will show up 30% of the time then if these people were each making $10 per month from these sites then he would be earning 43.00 per user times 1,000 users which equals about $3,000 per month for him.

I just finished reading somebody's post about using these free PLR article as website content. I will not mention the marketers name but the whole thing is garbage. You have to ask yourself when somebody send you these free PLR articles how many other people are receiving the same articles? how do the search engines treat duplicate content? If you receive some of these PLR articles and only add your name to them you have to ask yourself how many other people are doing the exact same thing. Even adding an intro and footer paragraph to them their bodies will still contain the same text. The Only way to take PLR articles and make them work is to read the articles and completely rewrite them in your own words.

Adsense ready sites, If you have a simple word processor like MS Word or something like openoffice.org then all you need is to log in to your Adsense account and follow the instructions and Google will generate the code you need to display a nice Adsense banner right on your site. Simply copy and paste this code right into either your word processor or your HTML editor and then use the free Filezilla to upload your site. No need to buy these ready made Adsense sites, no need to waste your money on these. If you still think you need a template then email me and I will send you one completely for free.

With buying traffic for your site do not do this unless you are guaranteed that it is targeted traffic. Why have traffic from people who are only interested in knitting or bowling or something of the sort when your target is horse back riding. Targeted traffic would mean that they would only send you people that are interested in horses. If you have a site that is recipes for baking why get traffic of people who only want recipes for brewing their own beer? Also unless you have great copy on your site that will take visitors and turn them into customers or at least subscribers then there is no reason for you to waste your money on traffic.

If you want to see how good the copy is of your site you may want to sign up at a Hit Exchange. Usually for every 5 sites you visit you will get one person visiting your website. You may even want to purchase a very small amount of targeted traffic or you can go to Williecrawford.com and sign up for his free Saturday brainstorming calls where he will critique three sites. A lot of times if you email him that you would like to have your site looked at on one of these calls he might just do that.

Internet marketing, once you get it up and running can be a great place to make good money but it is no get rich quick scheme. It takes work. There are some marketers that will try and sell you a push button method giving you a blueprint to follow but the best way is trial and error. If you are looking for a place for some great ideas about business along with step by step instructions then go to your local bookstore and see whether they carry Millionaireblueprints.com magazine. Another great place are these forums on internet marketing like the Warrior Forum or on Willie crawfords site.

Tips For Advertising Your Home Business With Pay-Per Click

c)Copyright Faye Brown 2006

The best advertising is advertising that works.

The price a small business owner pays for advertising would
not be an issue if the outcome of the ad was known. If a
business owner had a choice of paying $1000 a month for
advertising that brought in a guarantee of at least $2000 a
month profit, or paying $500 a month for advertising that
brought in $750 worth of profit a month, there would be no
hesitation. That savvy small business owner would gladly
shell out $1000 each month for the advertising.

The best answer is to use business advertising that only
charges the owner when and if it works. There are several
ways of doing this.

The primary method is called pay per click. This Internet
option is available with numerous online merchant sites as
well as hundreds of newspapers across the country and the
globe. Simply put, a business agrees to pay a specified
amount to the publisher, or the merchant site, for each ad
that entices a consumer to come to the small business site.
The price paid is an amount that the business owner has
bid on.

One of the best sites on the internet today is Google
Adwords. Google can have you receiving targeted visitors
to your site in as little 15-20 minutes of creating your
campaign.

When a person types words into Google search, ads are
shown to the consumer on products or services that are
related to the words. This is the part you have to understand.
You have to get into the minds of your potential customer and
determine what words would be typed in for you product or
service. These would be your keywords, or keyword phrases.

Google is not an easy task for a beginner marketer to set up
and monitor. First off you need to go to Google and set-up
your free account. http://adwords.google.com

To start you need a list of keywords to use, and I find that
Word Tracker is the best to use. Type a word into the search
bar and you will get a list of related words and phrases
that could be used and how many searches they have received
in the last month. Generally the more the keyword is used
the higher the cost to get in good position on their pages.

The next step is to create your ad. Google lets you do 2
different ads for the same group of keywords, this allows
you to see which of the two are better. You have to get your
point across with a small number of words. Build your ad
around some of the keywords generated from your search.
If you use keywords that are in your ad they will be in bold
on the Google search pages which creates more clicks to your
ad.

Determine which of the keywords in your list go together
with your ad and which phrases contain some of the same
words. Create a campaign giving it a title. Then create an
adgroup. You can have many ad groups in one campaign. Each
adgroup contain keywords phases using the same words. You
want to have as many as 15 keywords in an adgroup. You also
want to go though the key words and find any that do not
associate with your product or service. These are called
negative keywords. Place a minus sign before these words and
then they will not be added into the search.

Your daily budget is what you can afford to spend.

Set this quite low to start with, but if you set your budget
to low your ad will not be displayed for all searches on
that word or phrase.
You also have to select the amount to bid on each keyword.
Use the traffic estimator to help you find a good bid. You
also what to turn off content matching. This saves hundreds
of wasted impressions that can impact your click through
rate.

You need to monitor your Google account very closely at first
and make any changes that are needed.

Click into your account a few times in first few days. If
you have words inactive for search, you can raise your bid
or delete them. If you have ad's that are not performing
well, change some words. Keep doing this until you are happy
with the results.

Take a test run through the "sign up demo". Make sure to
Utilize Google's online FAQ. Remember to organize keywords
into groups basedon similarity. Calculate costs and set
reasonable daily pricing.

If you would like more information get a copy of Perry
Marshall's book Google Adwords. I Think it has the best
information on adwords in it. Now go take the demo and start
earning!

Online Marketing Plan, Knowledge And Tools Are Essential

(c)Copyright Faye Brown

Why do we need a plan, the proper knowledge and tools for Online Marketing to become successful? Do you think that an Internet business is a way to make quick money and not a real business, with real business issues? Do you think you just sign in to a program and they will start sending you checks?

Being Successful in an Internet Business requires work. It is no different than if you bought a local business in your location. You cannot expect that after joining any business you do not have to do anything, except get your check. You need have a plan, gain the knowledge needed to implement that plan and to get the proper tools to enable you to do your business, to it’s fullest potential.

Could the Following examples Possibly Succeed?

How could a Taxi Driver make a living without a vehicle?
Could a Chef without pots and pans create mouth-watering dishes?
How would an Artist without paints and canvas, paint a masterpiece?

The answer to the above questions is They Could Not.! They would fail to make any money and would all end up broke.

Yet many ordinary people join affiliate marketing programs or an Mlm Business, and attempt to make money without the required online marketing plan, knowledge and tools. They do this for a variety of reasons. Some just don't understand they need them, others don't want to learn, and still others don't believe they can afford them.

Some people actually think they are going to get rich, overnight. They are shown or told income figures of a successful marketer and think that will be them just for joining, not having a clue about what it took to make that income stream. Not really knowing what to do next. They look to our upline for help only to find out that we cannot be like them, because you do not have the knowledge needed for success. These people end up with no money and quit business, thinking it was a scam. Or they may become program jumpers, who hop to the next latest and greatest 'Get Rich Quick' schemes, thinking this one will work. They never get a chance to establish their roots.

Think back to your first job, did you start out making $5,000 per week? Did someone else do all the work and you just sat back and collected a paycheck? Of course not, you started at the bottom and you worked your way up. Your company gave you the tools you needed to do your job, giving you the knowledge to do your job right.

The Internet is a little different because most programs you promote don't give you the plan or knowledge to market your business, or even tell you where you can find them, They are left to figure out how to promote their program, products or services. Then when and if you do recruit someone the same scenario takes place, the blind leading the blind.

But, online or offline, you have to start out at the bottom and build your business. There is no other way to do it--never has been--never will be. You need a plan, followed by gaining knowledge to implement the plan and the retiree tools to put your knowledge to work. You should have full control over all aspects of your business.

If you want to see a fast buck, throw a dollar out of the car window as you drive down the highway and you'll have made a fast buck. What Niche Marketing

(c)Copyright Faye Brown
< Pay It Forward 4 Profits

Do you understand what your niche market is? Do you know
how to target your best prospects?

You often hear people talk about niche marketing, but are you
entirely sure what your niche market is. You have to determine
who is in the greatest NEED of your product or service.

Why would you have to know your niche Market? Well think
about it, you want to get your advertising out to the people that
would benefit and might be interested in your product or service.
If you are selling golf equipment you probably don’t want to
advertise to pet owners looking for dog training items. You
would want to focus your attention on someone who needs a
lighter club or wants the best balls for better accuracy.

What is the age range of your customer or business partners that
you are trying to attract? Is your target audience anyone or is it
geared to a specific age group, mom’s with kids, retired people,
or maybe the baby boomer generation.

You also need to know the demographics of your niche market.
This is determined by what countries or area of you countries that
you are able to do business in. Getting to know more about the
population and income levels of you market will help have you to
better placement of your advertising.

Once you have your niche market understood you can create
advertising that is focused on the your best target market. This
saves time and money and helps you get the best conversion
rate of your advertising budget.

Do you have more than one niche market. That is entirely possible.
Yes, even if its just for one product or service. Multi markets may
be able to benefit from what you offer. To get the most benefit
devote more time or money into your ideal target market and then
follow with the next niche market. Always start with the largest
group first.

Successful Online Marketing

(c)Copyright Faye Brown 2006

When you operate a business online, you likely understand the importance of successful marketing online. Internet marketing success can lead to a great deal of money for you. Whether you have a home based business or a larger business, online marketing is a great idea to raise your level of success in an easy way.

One of the best ways you can choose to market online is through affiliate programs. This is the easiest thing to do, if you have very little time to devote to the issue of online marketing. You can join many affiliate programs for free, which makes the whole thing even more appealing to consider. You can often do a simple search for affiliate programs and come up with many different choices. Remember that some of the affiliate programs have strict rules regarding member conduct, so be sure to go over them before committing to join. Often times they will only allow a few ads on each page and such. This can be a problem if you belong to more than one.

The best thing to do is stick with one or two affiliate programs at a time. Give them a real chance to work well and thenre-evaluate what you want to do. If you are making money with the affiliate programs you choose, then you should leave your internet marketing plan alone. However, if you aren't making money, you might want to change itup a bit.Overall, successful marketing online takes time and dedication. You really will have to tweak and re-arrange in order to find out what works best for you and your online business.
